Dedicated to delivering a comprehensive array of services, we craft tailored scopes for each client. We ensure every need and desire is meticulously addressed with unwavering attention to detail from inception to completion.

We believe the architecture of a home reflects the unique experiences of those who live within it. Over time, through influences like travel, fashion, art, and design, individuals develop their own sense of style, which becomes intricately woven into their everyday lives. At SDK, we transform those personal interpretations into reality through intentional, thoughtful design. With a commitment to bringing our clients' desires and visions to life, we cultivate lasting relationships built on refined experiences and distinguished design.

founder of sdk

sydney davenport katz

After earning her Bachelor of Architecture degree from USC, she spent several years mastering every precise phase of the architectural process—from concept design to construction. For her, architecture and art are inextricably linked; while they stand as separate disciplines, they complement and enhance each other. When designing, Sydney always envisions how art and the passions of a client will inhabit the space.

Having established deep relationships with top builders, craftsmen, and suppliers across the East Coast, Sydney’s hands-on approach, responsiveness, and ability to "get things done" set her apart in the industry. Over her distinguished career as an architect, Sydney has been featured in The Washington Post, Home and Design, and The Spruce.
