The renovation focused on bringing structure back to the first floor, transforming a previously open plan into a series of defined, functional spaces including a family room, dining room, kitchen, and service areas. The front of the home was largely preserved, with thoughtful updates such as new windows and the conversion of one living room into a whiskey bar with custom cabinetry and an antique mantel.
